Can’t decide on a favorite? Neither can we! From heirloom tomatoes to vibrant root veggies, our 2026 harvest is officially bringing a rainbow of flavors to Yorkville.

Before the spring rush begins, there is a quiet beauty in the winter fields here at Evergreen Farm & Katie’s Greenhouse in Yorkville.

Dirt under the fingernails and boots in the mud—this is where the real work happens. Join us in the fields as Katie takes her turn on the transplanter, getting our newest seedlings into the Yorkville soil for the 2026 season.
